Who we are

Xenon Commerce is a studio operated by Delhi Digital Co., based in Delhi, India. We help e-commerce brands with Shopify store design and build, store maintenance, branding, custom Shopify apps, social media management, and AI automations.

This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website or get in touch, and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you fill in our contact form, you send us:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your company name
• Your website
• The message you write to us

When you browse the site, we also collect some basic analytics. That includes the pages you visit, your rough location (like your country or city), and general details about your device and browser. We do not try to identify you personally from this.

How we use it

We use your information to:

• Reply to your message and talk about your project
• Do the work you hire us for
• Understand what people find useful and improve our site

We do not sell your data to anyone. Full stop.

Who we share it with

We use a few trusted tools to run our business, and your information passes through them as part of that. They act as our processors, which means they only handle your data to provide their service to us. These include:

• Vercel, which hosts our website
• A basic website analytics tool
• An email service that handles messages from our contact form

How long we keep it

We keep contact form messages for as long as we need them to reply to you and, if we work together, to run the project and our records. If you are not a client and there is nothing more to discuss, we delete or anonymise your details after a reasonable period. Analytics data is kept only in aggregate and for a limited time.

How we keep it safe

We take sensible steps to protect your information, including using reputable service providers and limiting who can access your details. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to keep your data safe and to fix problems quickly if they come up.

Your rights

You can always:

• Ask us to correct or delete it
• Opt out of analytics or any updates you signed up for
